What are the program costs?

Program fees typically include:

  • Program fee: $2,500-3,500
  • Visa application fee: $185
  • SEVIS fee: $220
  • Flight costs: $800-1,500 (varies by country)
  • Insurance: $150-300

Total costs range from $4,000-6,000, but most participants earn enough to cover these expenses and have money left over.

Where will I live during the program?

Accommodation varies by location and employer. Options include shared apartments, dormitory-style housing, or homestays. Most housing is within walking distance or a short commute from your workplace. Housing costs typically range from $100-200 per week and are deducted from your paycheck.

How long does the application process take?

The entire process typically takes 3-6 months from application to departure. This includes application review (2-4 weeks), job matching (4-8 weeks), visa processing (4-8 weeks), and final preparations (2-4 weeks). We recommend starting your application at least 6 months before your desired departure date.

Can I travel after my work period ends?
